miss_kae_ozLive Journal: Well, after much experimentation, I have figured out that the spam I get in whatever email accounts I create for lj doesn't come from them retrieving my email from lj somehow, and its not in the form of replys. I am pretty damed certain it comes from them emailing my user name, pygmalion@livejournal.com. Suckage, I am terribly annoyed at this.
My Computer: Sunday, I decided to create a second user account for my computer, so other emails could be accessed without logging me out of mine. Today, when I started up my computer, my original Administrators account is gone. Vanished. I have tried all of the little I know. It just does not seem to be on my computer. Every picture I ever downloaded, everthing I have ever typed. All files from the original user just GONE. I am highly confused and terribly frustrated by this. I WANT MY EVERYTHING BACK!!!!
My Apartment: Friday was the last day of the hearing. The judge is not expected to give a ruling for awhile. There are still summary letters of intent and rebuttle letters to be written and considered. A phone call from one of the Lawyers assistants informed me that the new ownership company has been lying through their teeth. They lied through their teeth on the application for the funding that they claim makes them exempt to San Francisco Rent Control laws and they lied to the tenants and the lawyer when they said part of the requirements of the funding was that they had to go %100 low income, aka every unit. Apparently they are given the choice. So even if they do win, they do not have to kick out anybody, they just may want to so they can up the rents. There is a protest schedualed for a week from this wednesday, the 13th.
I was also informed that Phil Angelides was the signer on the grant that started all this. Hmmm.
