Oct. 25th, 2007 05:58 pmThank you all who came out and participated in the boy's b-day Tuesday night. It was so successful, he spent all Wednesday in bed recovering.
He was literally speechless when we gave him his present, a card with the sailing lesson description inside. Thankfully, Wednesday is the first office day of the sailing company, as they called first thing Wednesday morning. Had they called a day earlier, it would have blown the surprise.
Tonight we are going to have the Wednesday we missed. I already took him out for pumpkin pancakes. Later we are going to a movie and then to MEAT for a bit more celebration. I am sure we will see plenty of you there.
