Into the woods....
Jul. 16th, 2007 01:36 amIf the devils don't jinx us, Kit and I are renting a car and driving up to Washington to see his dad. His dad's health seems to be slipping and he is loosing weight. We are leaving Wednesday sometime and comming back by Tuesday. We both already have the time off work.
If anyone has any desire to get out of town and wants a ride anywhere between SF and Seattle, here is your chance. You are welcome to come to Sequim/Port Angeles with us. It is beautiful. And we will be there in time for the Lavender Festival. We might even take a day trip to Victoria Canada via the Ferry. I highly recommend the Sequim/Port Angeles area for a get away.
The tricky part is we are not sure where/with whom we are staying. We might be staying in a little shack his mom built on her property, which most likely is tiny and has no power of plumbing. We can not afford a hotel. So, you would most likely be on your own for that one, if you came along.
Now I am just nervous that the car rental place will have an excuse to not rent to us. I love it up there. I wish we were going for a better reason.
