I know this is way late, but I was wondering if I could elicit some anonymous help from my very good friends with very bad behaviors.
Ya see, I have my final presentation in my Drugs and Society class tomorrow. Much of what I had wanted to do does not seem to be panning out, due to my computer ineptitude. I chose as my topic "Stereo types". We have a bit planned, and I think I have a good angle to present how ridiculous the stereo types of drug users can be, and how damaging it can be to jump on a self-rightous band wagon of intolerance based on such stereo types.
For one segment, I need some brave and introspective friends who occasionally use recreational substances, or habitually use not so recreationally. I need descriptions of people and then the name of what/how/frequency they use. No names, completely anonymous.

I 31 years old.
I tend to dress "alternative" or "goth" or whatnot, depending on who you ask, mostly in black. My hair is naturally dark blackish-brown colored with some areas of blue. I am basically healthy and happy. I live in an apartment near the downtown are of San Francisco. I work in clubs, mostly as a bartender, and have done so for the past 13 years. I am not rich, but I do do well enough for myself. I spend my off time in cafes and bookstores, and a few evenings in nightclubs, mostly of goth/industrial or just the funky-strange. I am not a nature buff, I prefer the indoors.
I have tried a few things over the years. But really, don't do much, except that one time... in the bathroom.... with those people... (tee-hee). Every so often I try Crystal, but don't really like it so its rare. I loath pot. Really, I just drink like co-ed fish on spring break.
It doesn't have to be long. The point is to show that drugs is not just a tool of evil, blah blah blah, but all kinds of different people do them from all different areas of life.
And no, this isn't the "Merits of drug use" speech. It's just the "People who use them are not evil" speech. I am just trying to break the line between the proverbial "Us" and "Them".
Please, if you can find the time, help me with my project. Your name and/or likeness will not be used, unless for some reason you would like it. You can even email it to me from an anonymous email if you like.
The catch, I have to have it by tomorrow afternoon. The earlier the better, as I have to write them out in large format.
thanks in advance.
